My name is Chad Jackson, and I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2005, and have been working as a WIC nutritionist for the past eight years. I’ve always enjoyed helping people understand how nutrition “works,” and on any given day I’m fielding a vast range of questions on diet and exercise from friends and family.

My years of experience have equipped me to advise people of all ages, body types, and lifestyles on how to do just this. The amount of information available on nutrition is overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be confusing.
