My name is Chad Jackson. I’ve been married to my wife Teresa for 15 years, and we have a four-year old daughter, Mia. I’m a lifelong sports nut who grew up playing anything available, and continue to watch and play whenever possible. I’m also a music lover who enjoys singing, playing, and writing any and all kinds of music.
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2005, and have been working as a WIC nutritionist for the past eight years. I’ve always enjoyed helping people understand how nutrition “works,” and on any given day I’m fielding a vast range of questions on diet and exercise from friends and family. I want to teach you how to make healthy choices and changes that are easy to maintain and will strengthen your body to function optimally.
My years of experience have equipped me to advise people of all ages, body types, and lifestyles on how to do just this. The amount of information available on nutrition is overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be confusing. Let me sit down with you and discuss where you are on your journey and how I can help you make sustainable changes to improve your relationship with food.
